I. Have not received none of my house rules packs missing multiple packs

I’m not receiving any packs form the gg house rules I just got past lvl 5 and I have not gotten my bnd 88 or my 79+pack yet.

I haven't gotten any of my house rules level rewards for Madden 22. Not players nor coins. I'm passed my BND 88OVR GRIDIRON GUARDIAN fron level 5 already too

I got to level 5 in the house rules pass which should have given me an 88 bnd player. I still haven’t seen the pack or player anywhere 

I have got either of the packs for 88 bnd players for house rules its annoying 

Ok all week I have either been getting the wrong content or not getting packs at all for completing challenges, missions, solos house rules and etc. Monday morning I purched 4 AKA packs  2 12000 points 87+ packs and 1 early bird AKA pack  and 1 othe AkA pack and when it came down to opening the bonus content none of the had AKA players in them I tried to contact ea help chat and the guy gave me the runaround and told me to check back the  next day for make rights but I didn’t get anything but BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and still 5 days later still no make rights. With the amount of money I have invested into this game I expect a better product and better n customer service so can someone please tell me when or when will I get my make rights content below I will attach a photo copy of the amount of money I have spent on point in the last 7-10 days . 

Any luck yet? What do we do? I need that 88 BND that I just grinded to level 5 to get. I am also not get CP from Solo Battles or Seasons.

I am currently level 6 on the new house rules, but I haven't received the pack rewards for levels 2 & 5 which is a 79+ and BND 88 ovr guardian fantasy pack. I'm not sure if this is a known issue or something that is solely happening to me, any help would be appreciated in receiving the rewards for house rules.
