I. Have not received none of my house rules packs missing multiple packs

Also this is on PS5.

Ive gotten nothing either. This is ridiculous 

I grinded the House rules in order to obtain pp points. I received none of my packs but received all of the coins. This is very frustrating and makes it impossible to enjoy if I'm unable to be awarded items that I have earned. So rewards can't be all the way broke if I got my coins every single time. It would be nice if someone could respond. I tried contacting ea help. And some lady who was super hard to understand gave me answers from a script instead of looking into my issue. Everything can't be broke and if it was why did you release a non functional title?

I talked with EA help and we aren't the only ones.  They say to be patient and that they're working on it. 

Same just started hit level 5 no pack played again maybe it’s delayed still no pack for 88bnd

So,

just completed lvl 5 of house rules rewards and NEVER GOT THE 88 PACK. This doenst suprise me due to the fact i never got the rewards for house rules when Campus Heroes was out.

Im guessing this is EA's new rewards system. Promise rewards and never give them! Sad...

I doubt any of us get them.

I never received the ones for Campus Heroes....that was last month!

We need to sue EA

I did all my house rules to get the first BND 88 gridiron Guardian player and it hasn’t given it to me and it’s been 2 days.
