That time they mentioned working on Sunday like it was going to have any impact on this thread whatsoever. Yes. that was a goodtimes. My favorite was when he came back from vacation all invigorated and excited about getting the problem solved for us.

the fact he hasn’t said a thing in 2 weeks is kind of hilarious. Mostly disappointing and expected though.
Love/hate seeing this thread grow. Incorrigible on the part of EA. Where are you @EA_Blueberry ? What word from the grand tech-wizards at EA?
The first step to solving a problem is acknowledging the problem. Unreal this has gone on for this long.
@EA_Blueberry I believe I remember you stating you would be working Sundays. Do we have any sort of update? By update, I actually mean an update. Not another, "They are aware of issue and will be attempting to fix it". I am looking for an actual cause of the problem at the minimum. This is no different than any other Customer Service. They find the problem and report you the problem. EA is acting like if I brought in a car that is skipping but they can't tell me a timeframe for repair or what the actual issue is. Does that sound like good business sense to anyone? Thank Goodness EA announced the return of College Football. If not for that, this would have officially been the end of my relationship with EA Sports, which has existed since 1995.The Madden games aren't even good enough for this sort of high and mighty treatment. I know the issue is not with you Blueberry, but you should be providing consistent communication on this at the very least twice a week.

Hey, everyone.
I apologize for the lack of responses lately, I had a personal situation with COVID within the family and daycare. Luckily, everyone's okay. I came back for a day in which I had to do various tasks like reporting to multiple studios on what is impacting our community so they're aware of the issues and wasn't able to get around to all game titles for these forums.
I see that the team actually attempted to fix this in a recent update. Based off everyone still asking for updates here I'm under the impression it's still not working.
Can you all confirm the following:- Can you connect to existing franchises? (yes/no)
- Can you connect to newly created franchises? (yes/no)
With the Super Bowl today I hope you are all watching it as I will be! I'll provide an update for you as soon as I can this week.

Not even sure why I am still following this or taking the time to respond...
I CANNOT connect with past franchises
I CAN connect with a new franchise I created as recent as about 10 days ago
1) I can not connect to existing Cloud Franchise
2) I was able to connect to new Cloud Franchise and re-connect.

Still not working. I can see my franchise in the cloud but it wont load
