This is the third time I play face of the franchise all over again ... I can’t even get past the third game in year 2 why is this happening it’s getting annoying because you can’t even change your skill set in the beginning so you’re just wrecking teams 100+ to like 20
Same happens to me. I have to restart a new one everytime
Same started a game late last night. I was down one score early so said screw it I’ll delete and restart when prompted to “resume” or “delete” the current game. After selecting delete it reset my entire career. Fed up with this poorly made game. EA clearly has a monopoly over the sports games and needs to be solved fast

Have you all tried anything to fix it from your end so far, like re-installing the game?

My face of the franchise deletes every time. I get done playing it at night, I wake up and try playing it and my player is deleted. This is happening to everyone I know, y’all need to fix this

I've done this on both current gen and next gen its deleted my Face of the Franchise 3 times in total
Community ManagerThis is happening to me to. I am playing on ps4. I downloaded the game via ea access. I was looking forwards to paying this however I am frustrated as every time I switch face of franchise mode to classic it deletes the save. Then I have to start over. I tried to manually save, however pressing the touch pad does not bring up the save menu. EA needs to fix this asap as it's un-playable and frustrating as hell. I do not change any settings on the console or game. Hope this helps.
