I’m trying to play head to head with friends who also have this game but they’re not coming up on my friends list. I can play online with randoms but not with my friends. They’re playing same game but on ps4 when I have ps5. Is that the issue because it is I think it’s not right that you wouldn’t be able to play even if the game is the same

Community AdminI am also having this issue. My wife can see me on her friends list along with my clan mates, but my friends list stays empty.
I'm on PC and have tried both EA Desktop and Origin.
Did you guys ever find a resolution?
I am unable to see friends in online head to head list. I have already uninstalled via origin, and reinstalled via EA Desktop, and have also forwarded ports to no avail.
Since it is damn near impossible to create a new EA Case (support ticket) I figured it would post here.
Every time i go to open a new case, it takes me through a standard "have you tried this" instead of letting me just open a case like I would in the past.

The Origin team has seen some reports of this and are looking into it. Are you able to see your friend if you both delete each other and re-add each other?
I'm om xbox and yes I have tried deleting and re-adding. I am on xbox series s and my friend is on xbox one x. All I see on my friendslist is 1 person. I do not know how many of my friends have the game other then the one on the one x.
