madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

Xbox Series S, I had this issue for 2 days.

I did uninstall last evening and re-installed and that did work, but I tried a few 

hours ago and the Blue EA Trial Screen said I wasn't connected

to the EA Servers.  I did power cycle everything and it is now 

working again.  I have the Ultimate Xbox Game Pass.

Everytime I try to play an online game mode such as anything in mut or the yard, I get kicked back to the main menu. It says "could not process request" for mut and "game server issue occurred" for the yard. Then it take me back to the main menu and I lose connection to the servers. I've tried everything. Resetting Xbox, reset router, redownloaded the game, everything. It lets me play on my other accounts. Just not my actual account. Please help

I'm on wireless.

I am on wired internet and having the same issues this is becoming so absurd and INCREDIBLY annoying

Try the following steps first then check if you continue getting this message

• Check for any updates to your console or Madden 23
• Restart your Modem/Router, and power your console wait for a minute then power back on
• Check your internet settings (found in your modem or router) for anything that may block on interfere with network traffic
• Update settings to get your consoles NAT Type on type 1 (Xbox, Playstation)
• Try a different network (Hotspot, ethernet, etc) and check if you can connect on a different network

This isn’t working for me. I’m on PS4.

if you have a hotspot connect your console to the hot spot go into madden and it should work (atleast it did for me) and then you can go back to your internet.

Yupp cant connect to servers on my xbox series x either. Couldnt connect to the servers to gain access to the trial and now that I have the game it still wont let me connect...  but my friend is able to connect... please ea do something....  hopefully they realize we spend money for a product( duh ).... this is bad business...

Same here. I can't get into Franchise mode.
