- @EA_Aljo I have tried everything that I possibly can. I am not very tech savvy or gamer savvy. I just want to play this game.
@EA_Aljo I am also experiencing this same issue on Xbox Series X. EA account is linked to my Microsoft account, I changed my password based on previous troubleshooting steps listed by you in this thread. Is there an active debug being looked at on the software/network side of things here? This is a new release so I am trying to spare my feelings, but I purchased this on launch day and have only been able to play twice. The last few days I can't play the Franchise mode I started and it's really ruining my enjoyment of the game.

Everyone this isn’t an issue that can be fixed on are end I called and spoke with an advisor at EA, the lady said I have to be patient and wait , that the tech team is working as fast as they can to fix the issues
If on PS5, go to the 3 dots and click on EA Account until the message stops showing. It's only a temporary fix that'll allow you to play so you'll have to do it everytime you log into the game
A quick fix you can do when logging on is hit the 3 dots and click on EA Account until it stops showing the error message.

So I don’t have any linked accounts but it’s still telling me to reset my password I’ve never created an EA account I don’t understand what’s up
Assuming this still hasnt been fixed, tried all of the solutions mentioned on post and still nothing
I am having the same issues. For the 2 days I have owned the game I haven't gotten to play it at all. All I want to do is play face of the franchise.
I am on disk PS5
I have the digital version of the game
I have a wireless connection
I have reset my console, router, Uninstaller the game and reinstalled it, changed wifi networks, and got on a wired network. Nothing has worked.
