And it’s messed up bc ea sports is not easy to contact
I keep getting the wrong code to reset my ea password on PS5 hardwired. Done it 5 times no fix. Got a case number with EA and haven’t heard anything since. What do I do?
I think it’s a lot of people, I have Xbox series X and it’s been doing the same thing to me the pass 3 Days since so bought the game. Weird because my brother has Xbox and it works for him. It’s very upsetting. I contacted EA and got a case #, they messaged me back to get my email n gamertag so I’m hoping they help. I want to play this $70 game I paid for. It’s sucks. Your not the only one 👎🏻
I contacted EA as well, they contacted me back asking for email And Profile Name. Wait 24-48 hours n they will contact you. I’m hoping they help, it’s taking too long. I understand the game just came Out But cmon we paid a game to play.

Just reinforcing that this is still happening to me. Have run through all suggestions. Sometimes I can get in, but it is not consistent. On PS5. Wired. The message shows up more often than not and has since last Wednesday.
