madden 23 - Must be signed in to access online features

@EA_Aljo I paid for early access an was unable to get any of the things that I paid for. How do yal plan on compensating for this?

@EA_Aljo Thank you. Have you been able to find out about a mass notification about what is going on as well? It would really help to settle the commotion. I know it's tough dealing with gaming because it's s mathematical anomaly of a task. But do you have any information on them letting everyone know that things are down?

@EA_Aljo The issue with the game is in its coding. There are coding errors that need to be resolved which calls for a massive reboot in the games system. To semi-fix it, you have to delete the game an re-download it. That causes all the new updates from where they are fixing the coding to be loaded up in the the games memory. Now the down side of that is until the games coding is completely fixed; once you turn the game off, or you disconnect from the internet then the error will re-occur. So the best thing at this point is to let the public know to simply continue to have patience an that you all are working as hard as you can to get the issue rectified so that they are not in such a disarray. Then let them know about the game rebooting once more work has been done to fix the internal coding errors so that you don't re-aggravate them with this issue. Only other thing that will have to be decided is compensation for all those who pre-order an early access for the game, because they've been unable to receive any of the perks for their pre-order which is unfair. It's like paying extra money to get the standard version of the game, an when you try to play it doesn't even work.

@EA_Aljo Madden community has to work like CNN....constantly keeping us up-to-date with new information. You have people who coach, play, ab love the sport who play this. This is a large portion of the leagues fanbase. So treat it like it actually matters to people. Everyone dreams of taking that field, but only a chosen few can. So excuse those who are a bit upset, they are upset because to them its like not being able to suit up on Sunday. But if you work to make the community more openly converse an diverse for the public it will work wonders for the future. Maybe even a new feature for madden like how 2k has 2ktv.....why can't madden have a EAverse? Like the EA universe or something?

@EA_Aljo No like a whole community outreach based on the game itself. Where each time you turn your madden on the community is there on the home screen before choosing what you would like to do. Like how 2k did 2ktv. It would be a great feature for madden players because there are people who really LOVE this game. They just want more from it. Kind of like a relationship, your wife will love anything you do because she loves you; but if you never go out of your way for her the true question is do you love her?.....go out of your way for the madden community to show the love that they have shown for years when they bother to purchase the franchise, an they will reward you with new ways of expanding your brand.

At this point since we’re all having the same problem it isn’t us. It’s the game . Thank you all for selling us a broken game. Sincerely enjoy wasting 60$ on a game that doesn’t work. Literally can’t play anything in it. Makes zero sense. I’ve uninstalled, restarted my game, restarted my router, done it all. Nothing works. EA really boofed this one.
