Madden 23 didn't receive pack in MUT SEASONS won superbowl

I just won the Super Bowl in allstar rank in head to head seasons and I was not rewarded my coins for winning the game or my two trophy packs, how do I resolve this problem?

Had the samething happen to me just now ☹️(((((((

I posted something on the Twitter page as well .. I’ll let you know if I hear something …… EA please help !

Same thing happens with me, I have also gone through 2 more playoff runs and lost in the playoffs, and haven’t gotten any packs for 3 whole seasons at this point.

Yeah this is pathetic I just won another bowl and got nothing EA yall suck for this

Its turning a positive into a negative....  I'm not spending another 1 penny of real life money until I get the pack.... they made me into a NMS player HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
