What were you doing when it happened?
any time I try to play a challenge I am kicked out of MUT to the main menu with the message “our servers cannot process your request at this time. please try again later.” I have tried ALL the steps on the old forum on this topic from august of this year, including changing the DNS to the Google public one to absolutely no avail.
What was the last action you completed before it happened?
I was mid game and kicked to the main menu I believe.
How often does the bug occur?
Every time. I cannot play any challenges at all within MUT 23.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Play a challenge I guess. I confirmed it to be ACCOUNT based as other accounts can fully play MUT 23 on my console, just not mine. I have spent money on this game and have also read about the many people that have been ignored by EA over the issue, so if it is not resolved within 24 hours I’ll be contacting Microsoft to process a full refund and will be submitting a case to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you.Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have:
it would be the same screenshot uploaded by the other people you all have ignored on the countless other posts I’ve read through. I hope you choose to make right by this.

Madden 23 Ulitmate Team doesen´t work on PS4. When I attempt to start a challenge I get the message,
“our servers cannot process your request at this time” and it kicks me out of mut. This has been happening for over a week.
You are not alone. Same issue on my end. Been unable to play MUT (which means purchase packages EA! if ur listening)
So I've been enjoying the cash-shopless Face of the Franchise mode. Which sucks because I have a wallet full of cash if they'd ever just fix that MUT connection issue... damn shame EA.. cough cough...
I appreciate the thought but you just ignored the topic blankly. I have observed how you have negated to solve this issue over a course of multiple months and am left astounded. I have spent money on something I am now ACCOUNT RESTRICTED from accessing.

To everyone plying madden 23, it is not your PlayStation or internet/modem. It’s strictly EA sports and Madden 23. Since the game been out I have had issues. Got 2k23 3 weeks later and not a single issue, Ea customer can not help you. All they can tell you is be patient they are aware of the issue and they will be working on it. I have several screenshots and cases of issues since day 1. None has been fixed until a update. Then the update comes and the issue I previously had is working but then there will be another issue. First 2 weeks of the game none of my Solo Battle points were being recorded so I got no credit at all for those. Then there was a update. Solo battles wired for a week but MUT didn’t work I would play and it count my wins as wins and losses, then solo battles was down for a month for me . I could clearly see peoples receiving Ed’s and racking up points but I couldn’t play a single solo battle.then they so called fixed solo battles, I got to play the first 5 days then the 6th day I played 3 solo battles went to play the 4th and it froze kicked me out so I missed out on the last 5 battles.solo battles did not come up till the Monday update. I thought solo battles was not going to work because normally my battles we at always at 9:30am, Chicago time but they didn’t start till 1:30pm at it’s been like that for a month now. The field of fear came out. Was able to play and win 10 games in a row against Cpu, after the game went collect my rewards and it wouldn’t let me. At the top of the field of fear cpu it says collect rewards but it won’t let me, and on top of that since I can’t collect the rewards it won’t let me play CPU but I can play H2H. Luckily I busted my butt on H2H to complete the field of fear xp. Every issue I have had customer service has not fixed an issue yet they are worthless. It’s not my PlayStation, I have over 30 games and they all work perfectly fine except madden. It’s not my internet/modem I have the highest grade that comcast supplies, business class. All the smart tvs, tablets, phones, laptops, computers all my echo and Alexa products, PlayStations, Xbox’s, and Nintendo switches and any appliances I have connected to my internet work perfectly fine except madden. My PlayStation is hard wired to my modem so it’s not even running off Wi-Fi. It’s a EA madden issue. I feel all Madden buyers should be refunded their money for this broken game and there should be a apology to the madden family for ruining a legends name.
Well if EA fix all these issues nobody will post anything, they would be playing Madden.
Well still can not collect my rewards from field of fear versus CPU, and can’t play Field of fear because awards can not be collected, this is the 6th day now, that this issue has not been solved. Still have not received my prime monthly rewards I have cases on them both. Actually several cases. Today I completed the objectives to get 88 Zane Gonzales and I sent the screen shots that I clearly passed it and sent my 88 line up and he clearly is missing. If you see I have the 88 Jim plummet but I was not given a he credit that he was passed, but once again if you look on my 88 line up I have Jim plunkett on my line up but no Zane gonazales. What is the purpose of giving these objectives if we don’t get rewarded for passing them. That, like EA customer service and EA technical support going to work and not getting paid. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a game.
Like I have sent and told customer service at least 30 times.

There’s nothing wrong with my PlayStation or internet/modem I have Comcast Business internet and my PlayStation is hard wired in. I have been asked many of times to restart my PlayStation and my modem not 1 time has that solved the EA madden issue. Just like not 1 time has EA customer service has solved any of my many problem I have had with Madden since day 1. When will EA get their $&;t together and fix this game, not bits and parts it’s like putting a band aid on a broken leg. You fix one thing but then there’s issues with others. I can’t believe that I spent $100 for this broken game. So dissatisfied with every aspect of EA. You guys want to be be respected, well stop give everyone the same song and dance about being patient, your aware of the issue, and they are currently working on it. Don’t worry you will get every award that you won. What you guys don’t get, what about all the rewards I could have gotten if your broken game worked properly. FIX THIS BROkEN GAME OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, I AM SO TIRED OF BEING A BROKEN RECORD. WOULD IT BE SO MUCH EASIER TO JUST GIVE ME MY $100 BACK. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME AGAIN, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EA GAME IN MY LIFE.
