Unable to populate/change cards in roster, have deleted/rebuilt rosters, tried populating a new empty roster with no change, message appears and then 'crashes' out of MUT.Product: Madden NFL 23

Summarize your bug When attempting to populate or change the active team strategy cards within a roster, the response "Our servers are unable to process this request at this time." Clicking "OK" ends the Ultimate team session and bounces you back to the game's main menu.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Swap strategy cards in roster, whether existing or new. I've erased rosters and tried to start from scratch with the issue recurring each time.
What happens when the bug occurs? Clicking "OK" ends the Ultimate team session and bounces you back to the game's main menu.
What do you expect to see? Expected gameplay of selected strategy card being made active on the roster.

Have tried deleting local data, have verified my wired connectivity and DNS servers, have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Have tried selecting different cards with no success. Rebooted local routers/modems, etc and tested connectivity to EA servers.
Looks like I will be playing 2k today, because my solo battles next opponent update time is missing and all I’m getting is the solo battle ranking screen. It’s been happening every Sunday. Can’t play solo battles till Monday, pretty ridiculous how every single day there is something on this game that does not work. I have been playing games for 30 years and I have never experienced a game so messed up. Issues should be fixed within a couple hours not, days or weeks, absolutely unacceptable. That is not good customer service at all. If I work up and my internet did not work, xfinity would be hear within four hours, and if they didn’t I would cancel their services. Can’t do that hear EA has my money and I am a highly dissatisfied customer because I paid for services that don’t work. Normally in life if that happens I am able to return that defective product. I’m trying to return this defective game but they will not give me my merchandise bry back.
If you recently became plagued with this issue. It’s definitely a bug/issue with corrupt lineups. Finally did some thinking when my problem initially originated. It began when I started adding the additional chems to the most fear “86” upgradable players. Remembered on 10/27 I finally got devin white. Today I finally removed him from the lineup and so far have been error free for 2-3 hours. No disconnects etc
@EA_Illium , that definitely did not work. Tried all steps and alternative steps you have sent. I hate that I have to click around the game as if I am trying to find an Easter egg just so that I can play my game that I spent my time and money on.
Mine has been doing it in regular challenges like the aka or most fear and I have no clue why I need help

Hey Everyone,
We've Made some recent changes and I wanted to reach out and confirm if you are still getting the Error message "Our Servers Cannot process your request"
If so, please let us know what you are attempting to do when you encounter the error.
I have not been receiving it over a week. I also don't see the ability to claim the rewards maybe due to the new event. Am i going to miss out on my rewards?
