I haven’t received mine either a EA worker told me to wait 24 hrs and I did I restarted my PlayStation a few times still nothing my gamertag on PlayStation is Dmfmmxx I have the email confirming my preorder too
Same issue here. Ordered 2 days ago. Did eahelp twice and both times they acted like there wasn't even a promo for it. Xbox one. Tag Is Synopsis Psyche.
