Support says a ton of people reported it after day 1 and to keep an eye on socials. Yet they haven't even acknowledged that there is a problem. Not even "the team is aware and looking into it."
Blue Dude said something to the effect that they had to "verify" that there is an issue. I sent them all the screen shots they asked for, both support and Blue dude. Nothing in response.
They pack lost its value after day one. Simply put they will NEVER spend anymore cycles on this issue. We should all just move on to 23 and find something else to * amount that "the team" can look into....
It's true that the pack is depreciating faster than a 2022 Lambo fresh off the lot, also true that it was the main bright and shiny that attracted most of us to pay up for the extras package. By July 1st, this pack will be worth more along the lines of a donut and coffee, I may actually prefer the donut by then. If they in fact continue to stall, which really seems to be the case at this point, I will cancel my order, (2nd time), and contemplate on the Tree of Woe as to whether or not I will order M23 in August assuming the abysmal customer continuing.
Even if they can not find a workable solution to this issue (cause, verification, etc), for those of us able to provide proof of purchase, alternate compensation would easily be a convenient solution, why not issue redeem codes for actually relevant content (RPremier, coin vouchers for M23, Madden Points??), there are solutions here whether or not EA is able to solve their Kobayashi Maru (they're obviously no Kirk).
As to whether or not you all cancel your orders...

This is a s#%! show. Spent over a half hour on a a chat with EA going round and round until they tell me that it’s an Xbox problem and there is nothing they can do for me. Now over an hour on the phone with Microsoft with no progress. They tell me that I will get the content when they actually charge my card for the preorder - 10 after Madden 23 releases! Gee thanks. They said the only way I can be charged now and release the content immediately is to buy a digital gift card and pay immediately. I do that, and now the gift card code won’t release as the charge is still pending. So that doesn’t work either. What an utterly horrible experience.

It's been more than a week. I was told to watch Twitter, but no mention of the issue. Are they just going to ignore this?
- @william21169 Not an Xbox problem. They need to quit kicking the can and deal with the issue.
