Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

Still not working. I was undefeated and was set to go 17-0

Hey everyone,
Looks like EA has really abandoned us on this issue and doesn’t want to help or even give an explanation. 
So, if it helps anyone here who’s trying to get the trophies for reaching max level in each position, I found a workaround this weekend that might save you.

I had never played The Yard before, but if you go there, select your position (you can change it under “upgrade skills”), then go into Live Events, pick one that can be played locally, and just play the match — you’ll still earn XP for your avatar. It’s not as fast as the 1-minute matches, and the XP rewards are lower (I was getting anywhere from 150–430, with an average of around 300), but it DOES let you keep progressing your character.
I just unlocked the WR max-level trophy this way — though my WR was already level 29, so it didn’t take too many games.

One tip: in some of the events, you can’t let the opponent score a TD, otherwise the mission fails and the match ends. For example, the event “Give me the formuoli > 1% Evil 99% Hot Gas.”
What you can do is: score your TD with your avatar, then let the other team score on purpose to fail the challenge. You still get the ~300 XP without having to play the full match.
A full game can take around 10 minutes (3 drives across the whole field), especially if you struggle on defense — which is my case, the CPU kept chewing clock on me.

Anyway, this is obviously not what we wanted — beyond the trophies, there were career modes I actually wanted to play, and now we can’t.
But at least this method might help those of you trying to finish the trophies like I am.

EA_Kent  Please, give us an update. Servers for the Online Franchise mode in Madden 23 are not working on PlayStation 4 and 5. 

Apparently Xbox is working without issues. Please fix it on PlayStation

Same here, i was able to ascess an online franchise, and i think head 2 head works too.

But it looks like play now live is still not working atm, i hope they fix it too.

If you're still running into these errors with Madden 23, can you share some details with us when you've got the chance? 

• Which platform are you playing on? 
• What's your PSN ID, Xbox Gamertag, EA Account ID, or Steam ID? 
• Which game modes are giving you the error when you try to play? 

Having this info would be helpful for us to narrow down what might be causing the errors. Thank you! 

The issue is that Play Now Live has not been working since at least september of last year for every playstation user as well as xbox users, and until just recentry the other online modes weren't working either, so can you guys please fix it?
