Madden 23 Trial expired - Xbox Series X

‘How is my game trial expired?  I preordered and though the game was installed it made me do an installation to play the trial.  Literally took off the day to play today.  Nice.  Played 0 seconds and if you come back with the you left the game open like you have with others in the past then how has 10 hours passed and I had to do a short download to play trial.  Game has not even been available for 10 hours and I watched GMM and the dude they raided before even attempting to play.   It 11:43 am EST.  No possible way to use up 10 hours.   I don’t want to cheat the system and mess up any monetary things by flying to New Zealand but I took off work and got cheated out of trial.  What’s the stance on vacation to New Zealand.

    So i just got on my xbox relized its the 15th and wanted to play the trial on madden23 just for it to load up and say my trial has expired when i never played an hour of madden23, can someone fix this?

    I just started my trial of EA play for Madden 23 . It shows I have 10 hours. Once I get through the loading START screen. It says thank you for playing your trial , purchase the game. 

    I have purchased the game but not played 1 minute of Madden.... very annoying

    When i first open the game for madden 23 it keeps saying my time has expired? Why is this happening i just opened the game

    @EA_Aljo It finally let me play, but when i tried to play mut my progress for the initial challenges were not keeping any progress. So when I restarted the game it popped up with the same error message that i had used all 10 hours even though the pop up screen states i still have less than 10 hours remaining. Playing on series x

    The same thing happened to me when i contacted ea help about the issue
