I just downloaded Madden 23 the other day, and did not have head to head only had solo battles, challenges, and practice mode. Read that I needed to upgrade my field pass to unlock the modes and I’ve played 4 squad battles games and a few challenges and have received 0 progress still stuck on the start of level 1. I have also completed the start your ultimate team mission twice and it still says I haven’t done it. Starting to get a little frustrated and would just like to play H2H.

@OffWhite3zzzz I’m having that exact same issue, I can’t do anything at all because I can’t see my goals or objectives to get XP

I haven't been able to level up or play head to head or any online game modes in over 3 weeks. I have been stuck at level one.

I have missing modes on my mut menu I can’t level up pass level 1 (8k/10k XP) doesn’t show me options on how to level up once I click field pass as well

Been stuck on level 1 for days. It is not letting me access the field pass and none of my intro challenges are tracking. I get the error message “ Unable to retrieve objective progression from EA servers at this time”. My gamer tag is Dr_Niarchos on PS5. Was on support chat for hours yesterday and they said to post on this forum for help. Thank you.

@shadowblade1619you had to reach mut level 3 to play h2h, but as long as you stuck at level 1 you are trapped...looks like a big issue for many players.

Every time I try to open the Filed pass challenges it says that the EA servers can process my progress information and doesn’t let me into the challenges! What do I do to fix this?

Me too i just downloaded it on ps5 and i have the same issue. Cant even complete the 1st mission even though i did it 4 times

@shadowblade1619 I’ve read many of these posts and the problem seems to only be on ext gen consoles even tho they should be the ones without problems

@Bgreene1024 i’m having the same issue and have tried everything uninstall redownloading the game different account nothings working no clue when it’ll be fixed but it sucks i can’t level up to play h2h
