someone PLEASE help i have not been able to buy any pack for a week when i try it says "unable to complete transaction prevoius purchase still pending please try again" i have tried calling ea over 10 times and nothing has worked please help. @EA_Blueberry Psn BAGGITUP448 I play on ps5 and when I try and buy and packs it says “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.” And I get it everytime I try and buy and pack in the store

Is there anyone else I can call I have done called the support team at least 20 times and they do nothing terrible coustumer support they will lie to you just to get u off the line I only came in contact with one guy who was actually helpful

@EA_Blueberry I am also having the same problem everytime I wanna buy packs in mut.
I plays on Xbox series S. My gamertag is ztuck2012. I am getting the error message of “ unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry.”

I’m getting this message in ultimate team when buying packs in store

@EA_Blueberry I am getting the same error. I play on a PlayStation 5 digital edition. It says “unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry” my gamer tag is DonaldTheDuck903. I am getting this error whenever I try to purchase any pack from the store.
