Points Purchasing Error Madden 21

I can’t either I try and click on it with a on my Xbox series s controller and it doesn’t do anything any fixes?

I’m here because I’m having this issue constantly, I’m on PC and it’s saying No Points offers were found. *UPDATE* Now it’s saying my card cannot be verified, I have sufficient funds and I’ve checked the info I’m putting in with a fine tooth comb. Is it an issue with my card holder? I have a hard time seeing that being the reason considering it’s the same card I use to pay my monthly EA subscription with.

Hey there!

Strange error message you're getting. Are you able to fix it if you power cycle the console?

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console’s power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

Summarize your bug This is not a gameplay issue but there is no option of "technical issue in game". Whenever i press to buy madden points it says "ERROR There was a server error, please try again later", I live in Europe and not the US, i dont know if that affects it but yeah.

Every time i try to buy points it alwasy says "ERROR, server error occured, please try again later", im from Europe, idk if that affects it but i want to spend some money on my ultimate team and i cant

If you're getting an error next time you load up Madden, try these steps below and let us know if they helped:

1. Restart your PC
2. Right-click on the game in your library and select "REPAIR."
3. Try removing the payment method you have on your EA account and re-add it. Please double-check all the information associated with your card to ensure it's all properly up to date
