- @echubz79 does this happen when you try to load into a specific mode or when you load into the game in general?

I have attempted all gaming modes. I receive same error when I trigger R2 to sign in manually or when I go into settings to change anything with my EA account.
I have not logged EA hours since 2018, therefore I should not have any issues with my account but I will look into that thanks for the heads up.
Also yes when I load into the game in general it happens then on the main menu when I attempt ultimate mode or franchise mode and etc...

Are you trying to play the Play First Trial version or do you own the full version of the game?
Are you getting the PlayStation error message similar to this? Upon testing the trace routes I have discovered it is something with my ISP having a technician out tomorrow thanks for your time.

Did they ever mention what it specifically was and are you able to share with us who your ISP is?
