PSN hacked! Looking to unlink hacked PSN and link to my EA account

My account was hacked last year. The hackers separated my PSN from my EA account. I have access to my EA account now but not my PSN through EA. My PSN is associated with another email now and I do not know what that email is due to the hackers. 
I am able to login on my PS5 with my original PSN but not on EA. I need my PSN linked with my EA account. 
I have already reset my password!

  • I’ve already spoken to an advisor and they pushed me in your direction. All I’m looking to do is verify my PSN ID so you can unlink it with whatever email it is associated with and link it to my EA account.

    I'm very sorry you were directed here. Unfortunately, it's not something we'll be able to help with. Only an advisor can make changes to an account once they have verified ownership.

  • This is so frustrating! Someone hacked my account and all I’m trying to do is verify my PSN ID with EA but EA says they can’t do anything if I don’t know the email associated with my PSN and PlayStation can’t contact EA to verify my identity. Somebody has to have access to do something here and not send me back and forth!!

    I definitely get the frustration. I know I would feel the same if I lost access to my account. There's a ton of history there that I'd hate to lose due to having to start over on a new account. Unfortunately, that's the case at this time. Hopefully, this changes in the future and we have new methods for recovering an account you no longer have access to the email for.

  • Then why can’t the advisors offer that solution and not pass me off to another department? Why isn’t there a link between EA and PlayStation for each to talk to each other to confirm verification for an account that has been hacked? 

     All this technology with playing online against someone across the globe but can’t simply verify an ID between companies doesn’t make sense! (Venting)
