Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

Last night about 10pm central time i bought some gold trophies it took my coins but did not get the trophies. Then i had an elite player and gold players for sale and did not get the coins for selling then and they are just gone. need help Bolts6969 is my madden account

I bought Robert Quinn for 75,000 coins and the money was deducted but i didn't get the player. Please Help!

I recently placed a 20000 bid on an elite Cameron wake card. However, after a while I was outbid and as usual you get your money back. I did not receive my money this I didn't get a refund. The game stole my money and this frustrates me. Is there a way I can get money back or I can be given money to replace what I lost?

I auctioned off a high value player with a reasonable BIN. Auction ended, no money, and no option to get my item back. Did it sell!? Did he disappear into the abyss? I'm tired of these network errors and missing coins/players...

Two elite ayers I put out to auction, Darrelle Revis and Andre Ellington's RTTP MVP card, which had sold sometime while
I was away, simply disappeared after I updated the game on January 27th. My IGN for madden mobile is Web19wins. Please try and either give me the coins I should be given, or my players back, thanks in advance.

I'm having Auction House problems. I've purchased two elite collectible cards. It shows that I win them in auction and it takes my coins but I haven't recieved the cards yet. It's frustrating because I need these cards back and all it's doing is taking my coins!
Please help!
