Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

- I recently placed a 20000 bid on an elite Cameron wake card. However, after a while I was outbid and as usual you get your money back. I did not receive my money this I didn't get a refund. The game stole my money and this frustrates me. Is there a way I can get money back or I can be given money to replace what I lost?

Username on there's YesImGodTier - I put a bid on a auction for about. 75,000 coins after someone outbid me I never got back my coins. What happens next?
So about 20 minutes ago I just went into the auction house and spent 150k plus on a bunch of gold players for the 10 trophy pack, which many of us all do. I placed bids on them and watched the time ran out and I went to my bids to collect my money and all the bids were gone. It didn't say claim or get bid back below the cards, there were no cards and it said "no bids". Currently I have 1,000 coins and I'm pissed cause I can't get my money or my players that I won. If anyone has any idea what happened or if you had the same problem...
