I put trophies to auction and like 10 mim later i checked and they were gone and i have not received any money also i hadnt got money to one of my players i sold

I didn't know where to go or what to do but I had 146,000 and I wanted a new pr so I bid on demarco Murray for 25,000 then I went to my bids to see it and it wasn't there then I looked and I had 21,000. So I didn't get my Demario Murray and I LOST 25,000  please do something EA

I lost 14 000 dollars bidding on a player, and can't get it back, 

how owe do I get it back

I bid on 3 Road to the Playoffs Elite cards but my bids were not showing and my coin balance was reduced by 185,000 even though I didn't win the auctions.
