Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

- I play this game all the time and yesterday I was bidding on some trophys and I had like 165000 coins and when I would bid the auction took my coins and did not return them when I was outbid and when I won auctions I did not get the trophy either so now I'm out all of my coins and I got none of the trophys I won. My account name is zachsaph and it's linked to my Facebook and everything. I would really appreciate it if you guys could give me back all those coins. Thanks
Title says it all. I lost a high value player that I was trying to move into more. He was a high elite that I was hoping to get 200,000 for. I put him and another one up last night and got kicked off playing during maintenance so I went to bed. I got up this morning and my high value elite was gone. I also wanted to see if I can connect my kindle version and my ps4 version together so I have one team. This is on my Madden mobile version.
