Black screen on NFL overdrive

@kaiobak Hey, do you still hear music? If the game loads do you ever get invisible players?

When I launch MM20, It just goes to the EA Sports screen, then stays on a black screen. I have reinstalled the game multiple times, and yet, no fix. I have asked for help to EA on multiple occasions, no fix. Can anyone else help?

Game loads up with EA logo then just black screen with background music playing, I'm on android, phone model is Huawei y6 2019 

@CameronGitsy90 When did this start for you? Does restarting your device have any effect?

From day 1 of new season, hasn't loaded once for me, just black screen and background music playing

@CameronGitsy90 Thanks. I assume you could run Overdrive without issue? Does logging out of Facebook and/or Google Play have any effect?

In previous season I could no problem, but I can't even get past the EA logo on startup this season, I've logged out of Google play games loads of times and restarted phone loads of times, I've cleared game data and cache a few times but still same problems 

@CameronGitsy90 Thank you. Can I check what version of Android you're on? Can you check for and install any updates that may be available?

I'm on android 9.0, and I have no updates available everything is up to date
