Color rush booster don't work

Yeah, the Color Rush Time Booster isn't working as advertised. If you have Level 5 the card info says it should be a 180 minute reduction but what it's doing is applying a 15% reduction on the previous level, so a Level 5 is only reducing the time to 106 minutes (1 x 0.85 x 0.85 x 0.85 x 0.85 x 0.85 x 240). This needs to be fixed ASAP or refunds as it's ridiculous to pay 350 Madden Cash to go from Level 4 to Level 5 and only get a 19 minute reduction.

I reported it as a bug the user above me did a much better job explaining it. It is not working at level 5 the card reads that the cooldown should be reduced to 1 hour but it starts at 1:46:20?. Why is this not fixed, it should be easy. Please look into this.

It's upsetting that this is such a non-issue...is everyone else's working or am I one of the stupid few that spend to much money on this game... Attached are proof... Wtf?

And lastly, note the cards level and the description on cooldown....

Btw I am pissed that I wasted a Watson to provide proof but nothing has happened in over a week on a major broken game mechanic... His sacrifice will be remembered...

I really believed it was a good enough event to buy Madden Cash. EA live support guided me here, but this can't be a bug exclusive to few. 6 days left for the Color Rush event.

My color rush time booster is lvl5 but cool down on set is 1 hour and 45 minites when it should be just an hour as advertised on back of card, I want it fixed or refund, I spent at least $30 dollars on getting this alone
