Fast Player Movement Bug and Hurdle/Jump Issue in Madden

Dear EA Support,
I’m experiencing a couple of bugs in Madden Mobile that affect gameplay. The first issue is with tackles, where the AI or CPU players move unnaturally fast. When a player is attempting a tackle but is too far from the ball carrier, the tackler’s character suddenly speeds up, touches the player, and then snaps back to their original position. This issue even happens when the player is already being tackled. The second bug occurs when I try to hurdle or jump over players. If my player gets stuck on another player, he will teleport underneath the CPU as if completing the tackle or simply as though he was never stuck in the first place. This creates an unrealistic and jarring gameplay experience. I’ve restarted the game and ensured it’s up-to-date, but the issues continue.
