Which Field Pass did you purchase and was it with gems or through the Google Play/Apple store?
See attached screenshot. This, along with 2 sideline passes, was purchased in the game through the Apple App Store, from which I received a confirmation email of the transaction.

Do you have any parental controls set up on your Apple or Origin account? that seems to be an issue with the content not showing up for players. Although you received a confirmation email, did the transaction fully process from your purchase history or is it failed/pending?
Transactions fully processed -- I see the charges on my credit card statement.
Regarding parental controls, yes -- this is actually on my son's iPad. I did not configure anything specific for Madden (or any other app on the device), but his Apple ID account reflects his proper age 👿.

Okay no worries. We'll need to have our Support team help make sure the content reaches the account for your son then. Please let them know there are parental controls limiting the content from reaching the account so they can assist you further.

Live-Support How do you recommend I do that? I have active cases on help.ea.com for serval weeks now that have gone nowhere.
I also have the same issue. I spent 4000 gems for field pass season and it never showed up for me to play
Have you been able to get it resolved? EA Support has been awful. It's been literally a couple of weeks of:
Me: The content isn't showing. Here's proof of purchase.
EA Support: We'd be happy to help you. Please provide proof of purchase.
Me: I did -- it's attached to the support case.
EA Support: We'd be happy to help you. Please provide proof of purchase.
...and so forth

That seems to be a different issue, where the request to make the purchase didn't come through to the parent. In this case, I did receive the request and approved it, and then received a confirmation email from the Apple Store.
