This exact thing is happening to me in the Field of Fear event with the Aaron Donald Mythic trade, and though I've received an email claiming they care, nothing has been done. There are only 6 days left before the trade expires, and I am feeling ignored. Did they ever help you with your issue? I don't see any other comments here.
