I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting EA but can't get the live chat to work

The option for live chat wouldn't work for me either. But I was able to request a phone call. Should receive it in about an hour. Will keep you updated

I have the same issue, have checked my payment credit card infor, address, ect. Reboot iphone, uninstalled/reinstalled game, re-input my payment infor, so fat nothing worked. Submitted a case with EA help but no response yet. If someone from EA can take a look at it asap

It was the same problem for me. After the failed all pro pack purchase, I also ran into the storekit transaction issue. Reinstalled the game didn't work, if anyone figured it out please let us know. I submitted a case with EA Help but no response from them yet

Never received the phone call and I can't get anyone on chat either. Plus there isn't an option to be called back anymore... I did try to purchase that all-pro special again and this is the error I get because I was charged for it!!

How about the problem of unable to purchase madden cash due to "storekit transaction is in progress" that many of us are having. So far I have heard many including me cant get a hold of EA, for a few did, EA cant help

We are aware of and looking into this issue with purchasing Madden Cash at the moment.

In the meantime can I ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

Uninstall game

Go to settings, itunes account and log out.

Hard reset device

Upon restart, go to settings, log back into itunes account. Make sure payment method is up to date.

Install game

Attempt to make purchase again.
