Issues upgrading players in ironclad offense

Is anyone else experiencing issues upgrading players in ironclad offense? I purchased the starter upgrade pack for $29.99 which gives you all three of the 90 OVR players to start. Now, that I’m ready to upgrade it won’t allow me to move to the 94 OVR players and advance. I’m just racking up tools and all requirements are met, but it keeps showing that I don’t have the 90 OVR player yet, so it won’t accept the upgrade. 

I’ve called in and no resolve. I even went through all of the troubleshooting steps to uninstall and reinstall the app. Nothing. Any ideas?

    You have to exchange the 90 ovr version for it to unlock. Go into market place item exchange and trade the 90 version in for trophies. Then the 94 will be available.

    Right. Same here. And no one is offering any solutions other than to troubleshoot, which I’ve done, and post to the forums. But that doesn’t fix anything.

    So frustrating.   I have anvils hammers etc but doesn’t show my 89over player credit

    Yes. I already unlocked the 90 version of Bitonio, Ramczyk and Whitehair. I can’t progress on any because they will not unlock

    Even though I have the 90 version of each, the next step does not recognize it. These players do not show in my inventory as available to auction. But I have them
