Looks like your specs are meeting the requirements for the game. 

Do you know if you have the latest software update for your device? We have some troubleshooting steps below. Also, does it cause this technical error if you adjust the graphical slider from Madden NFL Mobile's in-game settings under preferences?

I did update my device and i did check foe updates on game. I got the phone new and i have nothing running in background i cleared cache. I did adjust the graphics settings and nothing changed no error just during some game play om offense n defense n special teams

 If i do LvL and or championship rounds and sometimes in seasons and sometimes on daily events. And its a new phone idk if LG did or EA has a bug but i know the game has been glitching and i have had other issues with my other phone. 

Just a black screen n u can hear fans.

I'm not familiar with the way navigating on the phone is, but are there any options to adjust visual settings to see if any changes there have any impact? We've seen a black screen bug pop up for Samsung Galaxy devices and a player mentioned it was fixed via a phone update. We haven't seen any other reports on this thus far but we'll keep an eye out. Outside of the troubleshooting steps I provided we can be limited on what we can do to correct this. It might be worth reaching out to LG Support to verify whether they are aware of others reporting this and solutions they might have on their side. 

I actually did that first and its same but now sometimes it just happens whenever and kinda like of power goes out then back on or it just goes black
