I have reached out to EA and they said to post in this forum .I collected everything I needed to get 95 OVR Calvin Johnson vertical. After I exchanged my 93 OVR Calvin Johnson the set is still locked saying I have not me requirement of exchanging 93 OVR Calvin Johnson. Now I have neither playing and EA doesn't know why. Can anyone help please?
New update .Michael Vick spread 95 OVR Master has the box checked for exchanged. I think it took my 93 OVR Calvin Johnson 93 Vertical and checked it off for Michael Vick instead.
Are they going to refund this because I tried for the spread 95 one and it had not unlocked and that was my best receiver

It didn’t help. Still lost my 93 Calvin johnson West Coast for nothing.
Still not fixed on my end. I have force closed the app and done everything EA has asked. I am still without my player and can not claim the 95 OVR version. I was considering the most feared gronkowski but he doesn't have requirements to meet either.
Community Admin@AOwens32 Where did you initially get the 93 Johnson you traded in? Which scheme was he?
Can I get your UID too? it should be on your settings page.
Can you check if Vick is showing as exchanged on your side of things, as in @maryant328787's initial post?
