The No. 1 Prospect event has been an awful waste of stamina so far.

Have you tried reaching out to EA Help on Twitter or submitted a case in game to see if they can check your account for you? There's two events you should be able to get the first win pack from. They should be able to see what you've received from each event to provide a missing badge if you didn't receive it. 

Cases can also be submitted in game from Home in the top left>Settings>Help/Customer Service. Do not select report a bug as the category. Submit the case as a missing items claim.

Trust me, I’ve tried to contact EA help resources. Was on chat for 2.5 hours yesterday. They said I did do the events correctly and got a 2-3 badge and that’s all they thought I should get. They also saw I got zero 11-32 pick badges now going on 5 days of that event being played. I told them to look at the guide and sent screen shots. They said they didn’t think it was guaranteed??? Your guide is the same as everywhere else EA has posted so I am so confused and feel ripped off that we are not getting what it says we should.

Did you do the Draft Tournament? That really helped me get some 90+ Draft players with the rewards it was granting. The gem to reward value was great from what we've been hearing from the community.

Only the one I highlighted is guaranteed on the first win. All the event titles mention prospect, are you sure you might not be mistaking the events?

I am 100% sure I’m not mistaking the events. I worked up to unlock the No. 1 Prospect event. I included a screen shot of the event on my game as well. Today (Day 6) I did the first win and again no 11-32 pick badge. In fact, I have played all the available events everyday multiple times. I just looked and have cashed in 240 players so far for stamina also have bursted ups over 6-7k rttd stamina so far including the daily reloads. Not to mention gems, coins, regular stamina, etc :/...Also, to add even more frustration I finally got an email from EA help and they asked for my info (user ID). I replied but apparently it didn’t go to the person helping me as I got another email saying they were unsure what I was sending my info for and to please explain my situation yet again.

I have had the same issue.

Monday I got 1 x 2-3 round pick for the win pack and the same for the first win pack when from the communication from EA we are meant to get a guaranteed 11-32 pick badge for this event when at Top Prospect, for which I also spent a lot of stamina, gems etc and not getting the reward we were told of.

The last 3 days I also have not received the guaranteed badge.

EA got in touch for the first time and redeemed the badge but then for the next 3 times I have not been contacted back yet and it is frustrating! 

No 11-32 pick badge awarded for me either.  Also, where do you get the 2-4, 5-7, 8-10 pick badges?  I don’t see them anywhere, what am I missing?

Still no response from my case, still no 11-32 badges.  Events ended yesterday and now we are 6 days away from being able to cash in on player rewards.  Why won't EA help us out?  They saw in a chat that I didn't get the badges and said they would get back to me.  But now there is no chat available (been trying for several days) and if I wait much longer i will lose everything ☹️
