After the update I got a notification when I logged into my account saying that I was not ranked anymore due to inactivity in head to head games. When I click the close button it closes the app and it does that every time no matter what. Edit (via EA_Nils): Thanks everyone for your reports. This issue is still being worked on, once we receive an update from the studio, we will share this with you right away and update this thread. Thanks again for your patience and your understanding.

Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't work either. I still get the same unranked message and then the game crashes.

Hi,I've been having issues with getting pass the H2H unranked message screen. Whenever I press continue, the game exists and I cannot pass the screen to get into the game. I've reported this and EA pitts on the madden forum has also noted that this is an issue.However, is there a way to pass this screen?

Got the notification yesterday morning that I was Unranked due to inactivity on head to head. I've received this notification before and had no problems. But now when I tap continue, the app just closes out. I can't get passed the notification. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Shut my phone off. Nothing has worked. Going in to day 2 and it's still happening. Any updates on getting it solved in the very near future?

Tried it all even called support still crashes. This update is flawed and they won't admit it.

I tried to log in today and madden mobile said you have been unranked from league play due to inactivity please play a head to head game to continue and get back in the game and every time I press continue the game crashes I thought it was just my phone so I went to my iPad and it still didn't work it kept crashing and anytime I press continue it would crash I really need help on how to fix this because I have a 98 overall team and I can't start over I've put a lot of work and money into this game please somebody help me

Had the same problem since yesterday. Dunno what to do with it. If reinstall the app I am concerned of loosing all my data and may restart everything which is a nightmare. Please share if EA Support provides any solution to this.

I have the same day issue. As soon as I click on the u ranked prompt, the app crashes. I have tried closing and restarting the app, removing and reinstalling the app. I finally removed the app, power cycled the device, then reinstalled the app. No items have worked. I last played the game on Saturday, June 13th. The app started crashing this week. HELP!!!

I never made it to the ranked prompt. Mine makes it past the think happy thoughts and then crashes repeatedly.It started this morning.

Yeah same here. I can't do anything.
When I reported it they kept telling me to delete the app, but I don't have a Facebook to link it to so I'd lose everything.

Same problem here... Tech support hasn't heard of the issue they claimed. They will email to an elevated support. They told me no idea when they would get tot the problem. Please everyone with this problem call support.

Its either EA fix this issue on their servers or release a new update on the app. Did anyone tried reinstalling the app and this Unranked issue is solved? Of course if ur data is in ur Facebook.

Same exact issue. The "unranked" message pops up and when I hit continue, it crashes. I contacted support this morning and they just said "wait for an update or start over." Wtf??? How is no one from EA addressing this?
