After the update I got a notification when I logged into my account saying that I was not ranked anymore due to inactivity in head to head games. When I click the close button it closes the app and it does that every time no matter what. Edit (via EA_Nils): Thanks everyone for your reports. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't work either. I still get the same unranked message and then the game crashes.

Hi,I've been having issues with getting pass the H2H unranked message screen. Whenever I press continue, the game exists and I cannot pass the screen to get into the game. I've reported this and EA pitts on the madden forum has also noted that this is an issue.However, is there a way to pass this screen?

Got the notification yesterday morning that I was Unranked due to inactivity on head to head. I've received this notification before and had no problems. But now when I tap continue, the app just closes out. I can't get passed the notification. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Shut my phone off. Nothing has worked. Going in to day 2 and it's still happening. Any updates on getting it solved in the very near future?

Tried it all even called support still crashes. This update is flawed and they won't admit it.

I have gone and talked to the madden team. Not a single one has a response and they actually cancel my chat because everything in their troubleshooting page dosnt help. Same with you. I live the game. Im in a league who is ranked almost to the top 100. It really does suck

Because EA doesn't care. Guarantee this won't be resolved until the new season starts. They'll keep patronizing until then saying "it's been elevated to the highest priority" without giving any real updates. Nothing will ever get resolved. That's what EA does. Count me as someone who is never playing again.

Me too iPhone five. I was playing tournaments and live events every day. I just didn't play head to head because it was no challenge I won every game. EA didn't like that so now I can't play the game at all on the FROZEN PARALYZINGLY dumb UNRANKED
Window. Just sayin. Maybe I should get a Pro Player Pack with 5 bronze nobodies for this post.

I start MM and get a splash screen that I have been unranked due to inactivity. After I hit continue the app crashes. It has done this over 10 times since 6AM this morning. Does same on iPad and iPhone 6. I have the latest version loaded. I closed and reopened app. Same result. Turned off devices, restarted devices, started app, same result.

Translation: "We will continue to give you hope but nothing will ever get fixed. We know how to use words like 'prioritize' and 'elevated' to make it sound like we are making this an important issue. Truth is, no one has any clue nor do we care enough to actually try to fix it especially because there are simple fixes that would allow people to play while we looked into it further. We just refuse to implement any of those. So all of you sheep, keep hanging on and hoping, but nothing will ever get done because we at EA just don't care. We know you'll buy our * anyway."

Wow rain you are bitter...I have to say my game froze up on me once before. EA took 2-3 days and got the issue fixed...I also don't Facebook so a complete uninstall and reinstall won't be a fix for me..I'd lose my ovr103 team and over a million coins..so I'm definetly keeping my fingers crossed that it's a server side issue.
