unfortunately the ads are still not working (any more).

After following all the guidances in this Thread, writing a direct message, it worked exactly twice.

Since then (about two weeks ago) the ads are again not working. Honestly this is extremely disappointing, because it simply is a big disadvantage in the game.

Also I really wonder why EA didn't manage to fix this since it was raised for the first time about six weeks ago.

Anyway, I'll need to live with it. But consequently I'll also not invest money into the game any longer.

For me it is the same issue that I can't watch the ads what especially now during the Ultimate Freeze Promo hurts. 

I already followed the steps in your post but it hasn't fixed it. 

The direct message worked now and you should have received it.

Reposting to gather more information. I've unfortunately only received one example so far. If anyone is able to DM me and send these details my way we greatly appreciate the help you can lend! 

Hey guys, i have the same problems like you all playing the game from Germany. I had the ads for a few weeks but then no ads anymore. Today i went by train and was logged on to the Wifi from the Deutsche Bahn. It‘s free an unsecured and guess what I saw the ads and everything worked fine. Then i switched over to my mobile network and guess what no ads anymore. To verify I switched back to the free wifi network and I saw all the ads again. At home I have a secured Wifi network and i can‘t see the ads. So i am sure it might belong to the network. Strange that EA isn‘t able to provide help especially when you use thousands of points for the field pass. 

lose thousands of points of course. 😅

Since the yesterdays update watching the ads via an unsecured wifi isn‘t possible anymore. I am sure EA isn’t interested to solve our problem. ☹️ that really sucks. I guess i will finish to play the game. good luck everybody.
