It works for me under Seasons Mode after a play is done and I'm given the options to choose another play. I pause the game before selecting another play.
Is it available if you finish your current game and start your next week's game?
I am having the same problem. Instant replay won't work.

I take it you've tried re-installing the game? Have you checked your device for updates?
What graphical setting do you have selected under your Visual Preferences in game?

I re-installed the app and made sure it's updated.
The visual preferences are at defaults, although I couldn't find one that said graphics specifically.

Do you remember what you were doing just prior to when it stopped working? Is it happening every time or at random times when you try to look at it during Seasons mode?
For me it worked in Madden 21 Madden 22 but stopped at 23 and now 24
