That's not the problem because I would be touching my screen and it just turns off randomly and it only happens when I'm playing madden. I also had this problem with other android phones.

lol, I came here to find the solution but even the manager looks like "okay, just ignore them". what u suggest just like if there's no activity on the screen. But our issue was like even when we play, the phone keeps turning off every 40-50 seconds. CAN U GIVE US THE SOLUTIONNNN??????. This is why i hate madden management.

Does changing the sleep settings fix it for you? Look at this solution below:

Is there an option to turn your sleep setting to NEVER? That fixed it for the player above. Unfortunately that is a workaround and not a fix. Setting the IPad to Never lock is not a good idea for many reasons

Can you let me know what type of iPad model you have and what is the latest software version for it? Ipad 9th generation running iOS 15.3. Latest version of madden mobile

Would you both be able to provide me your device type and the latest software version you were/are experiencing it on? This was answered in the last response by me. Madden 22 is the latest version released by EA. Everything is updated.
