Receivers not looking for the ball

The receivers doesn't look for the ball (and of course it happens at thee absolute most inopportune times like 4th down or the last attempt of a live event) and gets hit in the back or the helmet will beyond 5, 10 even 30+yards down field. Can y'all PLLEEEAAAASSEE address and fix this. It's really frustrating because not only it happens, it's starting to happen more frequently. The qb still throws the ball automatically to the left, the qb still throws the ball into the ground when trying to throw to a receiver down field sometimes and the game is still unresponsive at times when trying to tap on an icon. Sometimes i have to tap the icon multiple times (like 5 or 10) to get a response. 

I just lost 1200 popcorn playing the event that cost 400 popcorn because the receivers and tight ends aren't looking for the ball. Please fix this.

When playing the most feared event for wolves that cost 400 popcorn, when I get to the 3rd attempt (after competing the first two) to throw to the rb, it doesn't count it once or twice even though I catch the ball, but it takes away an attempt as if I missed it. It has been going on for a few days now.

Here's a couple of good ones I snapped recently. Really burns my buttocks  

It has gone way beyond the "it's getting out of hand" point that the receivers don't react to and/or look for the ball, especially in comparison to the way the defense does as soon as you even just move your finger towards an icon to tap it, and constantly gets hit in the back or in the helmet. This happens often and throughout various stages of the route, within 5 yards, beyond 5 yards, 15-30 yards down field and halfway through if it's a crossing route etc. It's ridiculous and frustrating that it happens at all, but, even more so, that it happens during events that we have to pay to play and during games. It happens so often and has been going on for so long without being addressed it seems like it's supposed to happen. If it isn't one thing, it's a bunch of others. Couple this with the inevitable network timeouts, or anything else, and it's that much more aggravating to deal with.

How long, how many screenshots and what will it take for you guys at ea to fix this problem of the receivers not reacting and/or looking for the ball ea? I mean, it's kind of a big deal. But I'll bet we won't be compensated for the currency, the rewards, xp and any and everything we lose and have lost as a direct result of it huh? The problems with Madden mobile as overdrive this season has far surpassed those of the coaches not working, stamina grabs, 5% counters hitting 4 times in a row on all four downs and whatever other problems we've encountered and have endured last season or any other season for that matter.

And then he took off running like he had the ball. This is every single day. And it doesn't matter which part of the route their in because it happens within 5 yards and it happens 30-40 yards down field.

All I can do now is chuckle. 

Mine will run the route and I've got rice and he will just look lost lol if it was a rookie or something I might could understand but we are talking about a goat
