Account Invalid

Note: This is for my Xbox account and it is NOT linked to an EA account. Do not suggest to link it to an EA account because when it tries it says that my account is invalid. Therefore do not ask me ...

@dekkerclan As far as I'm aware you will need an EA account and have it linked to your console in order to play ME3.

I've played Mass Effect 3 for like 8 years without one so that's not the problem.

  @dekkerclan In this case I believe that you likely do have an EA account, just one that's gone quiet. It's been a minute since dealing with anything ME3-related but I believe an EA account was mandatory, even if it was just quietly linked the forgotten about.
  
  Can you log into help.ea.com using the Xbox portal? That should then put you on some form of EA account, at which point you can try the aforementioned password reset.
