There's that achievement. I forgot about that, because it seemed too important to occupy my mind and I would devote a day only to have that occupying everything. The day hasn't arrived yet.So, anyone tried doing it? If yes, where did you manage so?I could say it's a bit of a feat, because the game tends to think you're jumping to your death depending on how high and how much time you get on free fall. And I hope the outcome didn't end up with your death.

I tried this for over an hour on H-047C. I kept dying over and over and no matter what suggestions or guides I followed. Also can't get the long jump for Ryder regardless of where I try it and how I do it. Wrote both off as impossible to get and a waste of time. It is funny to listen to your companions scream as the Nomad goes over the edge of the cliff though. 😉

Uh, that's lousy. Making achievements that won't allow you to do if you don't have a controller? I remember I first tried that on Eos, HOHOHOHO, how naïve, poor panda.

But impossible to get with just the mouse and keyboard. Nice... ☹️

And it is a shame they never say anything about it. They were told about it since release several times. I myself reported it to at least 2 Bioware, 2 Mass Effect and 5 Developer accounts on Twitter. Nobody seems to care.They don't even say something like a fake "oh we are so sorry and will look into it". I guess they are so emberassed that they forgot a key on the PC controls, that they want to sweep it under the carpet and forget about it.

Only way I found to do it was with a controller, mouse and keyboard wouldn't work for me, because you have to tilt the nose of nomad up so jets prolonged your jump more.

Jump into the trench on the Turian golden asteroid (8675309). You can extend fall time by playing with the turbo and jump buttons for the Nomad even when the wheels are off the ground. Took a few tries and picking a spot where you're above rim level to start.

Didnt bother with achievements as origin points dont mean a thing, if we can use it to purchase DLCs or games, I will be there getting all of them. Anyway 30 secs is a long time, so my guess(if I am to attempt it anyway) would be H-047C. Low Grav environment.
