Achievements not unlocked, despite the Medal

I've got a problem with Mass Effect Legendary Edition, about the achievement "Well Connected".

This achievements is unlocked after completed the last mission before the point of no return in ME3.

I've got the Medals in the succes section, but I've got no achievements. I replay the game, but the success didn't unlock.

There's also the paramour II and III achievements, who where unlocked. 

Did there are any solution to solve my problem ?

I've try several things, but none works.

I play on Xbox Series X.
