PC ME2: Unable to learn Stasis after finishing LotSB DLC. 

Has anyone figured out a workaround to fix this? A google search shows that this bug also existed in OG ME2. How did this get overlooked on release of MELE? I have Mordin unlocked and I also have had the conversation with Liara on the Normandy after finishing LotSB.
