after downloading me2 it just install instead of play

downloaded the game. then wants me to install and goes thru all that process then trys to install all the add on. which it usually freezes when trying to finalize cerberus weapon pack. but anyway the game just gives me option to install again where it should say play. ive deleted game like three times now and started over. have done it without add ons. each time keeps asking to install and when do just asks me to install again. never get shortcut on desktop or start menu. doesnt give ioption to play. not sure what im suppose to do. been messing with this for few dys now thinking this time it will work
