After Installation of Mass Effect, Having trouble running

This problem is for all 3 games of Masseffect. I recently purchased the Trilogy Package from Gamestop, which includes the Pin Number to digitaly download from Origin. So i used that and all games are...

We neither send anyone a response via eMail nor do we want to have you publish that information here in a public forum.  We are a gamer to gamer self-help kind of place here.  

I will say this, avoid the Cloud.  The ME-1 and ME-2 games pre-date that, and it just screws things up when you add that complication to games that weren't designed for it.  .
