All of my cloud saves are gone

I got a new computer and suddenly I have literally zero cloud saves. I have no idea how this happened. Both in Origin and the EA app. Origin shows cloud saves as being enabled on my account, but says...

No. Even if I did, I'm missing cloud saves from more than one computer ago, for all my games.

  The cloud save are a mirror of the physical saves on your computer, so after the first synchronization all what can be in the cloud are the saves from your most recent PC.

  The EA cloud is a QOL feature, it is not a viable back up solution and you always should back up data that is important for you yourself.
