Apex HQ - Unable to login (servers down?)

Hi

I’m on PS4 and play Mass effect Andromeda. When I’m not directly in-game, I use since several days the Apex HQ app to lunch strikes missions.  It worked fine but since many hours, I’m not able to log to the app because it doesn’t pass the step of « Reticulation of splines » from the login screen.

I’ve searched on the net but doesn’t find anything explaination (like servers are in maintenance or anything else) that can explain the problem.

Anyone else have this problem?

    Hi,

    The servers are down from Sunday as far as I can tell for both multiplayer and Apex App. It strangely coinsides with CVE-2021-44228 #Log4j vulnerability. A lot of CDNs took down their server so I guess that EA did it too...  I just hope they'll get them up soon.

    Yep, same, ME:A won't connect, so Multiplayer is not available. Guessing cloud saves on single player will also be unavailable? Also haven't been able to use the Apex HQ app. ME:A is basically toast.
