Are the Achievements broken for mass effect legendary edtion?

So are a bunch of mass effect achievements just broken? because i just beat Me2 on insanity and didn't get the achievements for going through the omega 4 relay, doing the suicide mission everyone sur...

I’m getting achievements come up on my Xbox but some of the achievements I have unlocked were unlocked and then re-locked when I transferred to mass effect 2 like kill 250 enemies with melee I unlocked it on my Xbox it unlocked on mass effect but then relocked on mass effect 2

Just finished ME3 on insanity and never got the Insanity III achievement, so these are definitely still broken.
